I've been enjoying spending some of the evening mapping out the cycling trip I went on last week in Holland with my sister-in-law Hannah and a bunch of her sisters, her youngest brother and mum. In hindsight it probably wasn't the best time of year to plan a bike trip because it was beyond freezing (seeing the sea frozen was a first for me), needless to say it was a lovely break from the norm and we had a great laugh.
