Geocaching in the forest of Bowland

 We found a little geocaching circuit in Abbeystead that we wanted to try on the way to the temple.

We managed to find about six of the geocaches.

It was a lovely little circular walk with lots of variety in the landscape and interesting surprises.

A bit of a wetter day for Dan's 31st. We decided to head to the beach for the day. There is a reason Cumbria is not known for its beaches. We spent an unusual day on Walney Island.

Arnside

We spent the next three nights at Arnside YHA (south of the Lake District overlooking Morecambe Bay).

Well actually we had it a day early but Bobbie wasn't to know.

 Being 3 is just brilliant isn't it?

We spent the afternoon dancing at Ceilidh kids then headed down Gorgie Road to the city farm.

On the way we stopped in at the pet shop.
