Life in Lincoln is really quite different to Nottingham, we literally had everything on our doorstep. Here are a couple of pics from an afternoon wander into town. Dan wanted to pop by the Usher Gallery, a nice mix of contempary pieces to old fine art. The wildlife photographer of the year was also visiting so it was nice to have a browse.
I think this was the overall winner Daniel Beltra. The images were absolutely stunning, a small image on a screen really doesn't do them justice.
Here are a couple of others that stood out. The snake by Marco Colombo and the polar bear by Cyril Ruoso.
Amy looking at one of her favourite books at the gallery.
Popping over to the Collection for a quick dress up.
A mini dino I knitted for Isaac.
Bobbie in a jolly mood after covering herself in Eton Mess. What an appropriate name.
Dan is a happy man, he has a curtis custard doughnut nestled in his little case.
Photos on Steep Hill.
Yellow bellies from Goodies the shop Amy most definitely asks to go into the most.
